SHIPPING INFORMATION

we offer Australia Post, Aramex Courier (formerly Fastway Couriers) standard shipping.

  • $9.95 flat rate
  • $16.95 express
  • Free shipping for orders $150 and above
  • Australia only

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Standard shipping : 2-7 business days
  • Express shipping : 1-2 business days
  • Delivery : Monday to Friday

PRE-ORDER

  • Please note that Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Estimated delivery for Pre-order : within 2 weeks from your place an order date
  • Pre-oder means you are ordering an item not currently in stock, while we endeavor to provide an accurate ETA this is dependent on shipping time frames and customs which is out of our hands.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you receive on email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

DELIVERY

  • If you are no home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place by the deliver driver. If they are unable to do so or if the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local collection hub.
  • THEL is not responsible for incorrect address, lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control.
  • If there is an issue or delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

ORDER CANCELLATION  

  • Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00 pm on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
  • If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00 pm on the next day of order date through email.

EXCHANGE / REFUND

  • Exchange/refund request can be registered through email (thelaustralia2017@gmail.com) within 5 days after delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange/refund items due to customer’s private reasons.
  • The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons for sizing
  • cannot refund due to customer’s change of mind
  • Only one exchange request of your each item.
  • If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
  • If the product is faulty or different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.
  • Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items must be free from stain the item/s as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
  • Shoes must be returned in their box and in unworn, original condition.
